Who we are

This website is run by Ekaterina Tsyganskaya, a sole proprietor registered in Saint Petersburg, Russia (OGRNIP 323784700113464, INN 784805223889). Email: hello [at] apptopstudio.com.

We are the controller of the personal data described below. Contracts with clients outside Russia are signed with our registered business in Georgia; this policy covers only what happens on the website.

What we collect

When you send the request form: your name, email, WhatsApp number if you add it, app link and anything you write in the message, plus the time of the request.

If you accept analytics cookies: data from Yandex Metrica - pages you view, clicks, device and browser type, approximate location by IP and the site that sent you here.

Like any website, our server keeps a technical log with IP addresses and request details. We use it only to keep the site working and secure.

Why

To reply to your request, run the free audit and discuss working together. To see how the site is used and improve it - only if you allow analytics cookies.

We don't sell your data, don't add you to mailing lists and don't use it for advertising.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form or accepting analytics cookies, and steps you ask us to take before a contract.

Where your data is stored

On our server in Moscow, Russia (hosting by REG.RU). Request notifications go to our mailbox, also hosted in Russia. Yandex Metrica stores data in Russia.

If you are in the UK or the EU: Russia is not recognised as providing an adequate level of data protection. We transfer your data there only to answer your request and only after you agree to it.

Who can see it

Only us. Our hosting provider and Yandex process data on our behalf to run the server and analytics.

How long we keep it

Requests - up to one year from the date you sent them, or less if you ask us to delete them. Analytics - according to Yandex Metrica's retention settings.

Cookies and local storage

We use one cookie consent choice and one language choice, stored in your browser. Analytics cookies are set only after you click Accept, and you can change your mind by clearing site data in your browser.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it or withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello [at] apptopstudio.com and we'll do it and confirm.

If you are in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). In Russia, the authority is Roskomnadzor.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page before the change takes effect.
